Mahasathi began in the year 1999 under the leadership of Mr. Kothwal Sheshayya Sherugar with the project SRI VENKATRAMANA ARCADE situated at Kundapur. This project gave lot of confidence and enthusiasm in the construction field. This project was appreciated and accepted by the general public and also laid the foundation for the future projects.
